How to become champion?

Hi,
I'm trying to become champion of a "section" of Candy Crush Saga. I already have 3 stars for every level. It tells me to get 0 more stars to become the new champion. Is there a way to replace the current champion by getting better scores, or is the first one having 3 stars for each level irreplaceable?

Thanks! That was my observation too. I guess, the only ones who would know the answer would be the makers of the game, but since there doesn't seem to be a way to contact them directly...If anyone who's your friend on FB who play and got all the stars for any section first will remain the champion even if you get them after, that's from my personal observations anyway.
