I can play 1 level at a time. After I play a level the screen goes black and I have to close out and go back. Sometimes I have to close out 3-4 times before I get a good screen. Anyone else having this problem? TIA

I have been having black screen for quite a while on chrome browser
Tried the usual, logged off and restarting,firstly, the chrome browser, and then the PC itself - issue still remains.
But since I can play from Microsoft Edge, I'm not bothered.

Yes. Similar to the past issue with the white band at the top, except this time it’s a black screen with a grey band at the top. Not every Add, but it’s very frequent.
Sorry, I haven't seen any such reports yet. Anyway can you show me a screenshot or short video so I can report the issue to my team right away?
I'm not having a problem with ads. My screen goes black after playing on level on both the win 10 app and FB. Is anyone else having this issue?

As you mentioned, a few players are having same issues with the ad feature in the game right now and the issue has already been reported to the game studio.The technical team is investigating the cause of the problem and they will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
You can skip the ''watch Ad'' option until the issue is resolved and it will not affect game play.
