my candy crush inbox on king.com is broken

Load game on king.com -> see inbox -> cannot open it -> reload -> inbox gone. Tried all troubleshooting steps to no avail. Contacted support automated reply sent me here. Who can fix it?

No inbox icon means you have no messages. Wait until you receive some requests/lives and you should have the icon back.
If the problem is still there then try emptying your browser cache.

As I stated above, I do see the inbox. Meaning I do have lives/requests. I just cannot open it. Reloading clears the inbox. I never have the possibility to collect lives or reply to requests.My brother plays on the same pc/browser and his inbox works just fine. Troubleshooting steps include cache clear which, as I said, I've performed.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
