Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

I think you are talking about the "Final" for the Puzzle event we played few weeks ago, right? If so, we did not have any update on that!! But, let me check👍️
I saw that some players have mentioned that they have received a new event today in their games! If you do not see it yet, all you have to do is, play one or two old levels -- win or lose, does not matter -- go back to the map screen -- and see if you see any new events😊
