Treasure Chest
Dear team, recently when you have treasure chest on mobile for candy crush i can only play with 12 hours even though it says there is 60+ hours left. The following day when i open my game the treasures disappear. Hope you guys can help fix the issue. Thank you.

Hi Cezdiamond, I have tried the above and it failed, but I tried logging out and closing the game then when i reopened the app I only logged in to King acct instead of Facebook then my treasure chests appeared again. I completed all the chests before logging back into facebook.Hi Penny- Welcome to King Care! I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem with the Treasure Chests. A lot of players have reported that if they are experiencing a problem with the Treasure Chests, that simply closing the game and reopening it fixes most issues.
However if this does not work, please disconnect your game from Facebook, close the game and then log in again.
