When I hop the frog on level 1218 the game crashes on both my iphone 6S and my ipad.

I get kicked back to my home screen on both of my devices. I lose a life and it does not take me back to my current position on that level so I have to start all over. I have totally closed out of the game on both devices and it continues to happen.

It's been so many days and this issue still remains!! I'm on level 1218. I'm kicked out as soon as the frog jumps.. I've been reading about you guys trying to fix the bug since days together now and nuthing has been done about it till date. I hope you come out with the update soon

Seriously are you going to fix this issue?? I have wasted so many bonuses trying to complete level 1257 without using the frog! I am up to date on my app.

My level is 1257 where moving the frog makes it crash--my question was routed to this message stream. My app is updated on my iPhone and the problem still is not resolved. THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED--YOU SHOULD RESOLVE IT AND COMPENSATE US

I received your email to chk answers here. My game and phone is upto date. It is even not working on iPad 4 as well. Your answer is not satisfactory as the problem still remains. My valuables have been used tremendously during continuous attempts to clear the level. I should be compensated.

Playing through Facebook does not solve the problem

Updated today and still isn't the fixed version. Have wasted boosters and unable to use my 9 hrs unlimited lives since I can't complete this level. Very frustrating! Hope fix is available soon!

I have the updated version and the frog problem continues .Screen 1455 has 15 moves less than the cell if I play in Facebook

I have the same issue. Playing on FB does not help. Update on the issue is needed please.

I paid for extra moves and it crashed. I get so close and I move the frog and boom!! The game goes back to home screen. Very frustrating!!

I have the same issue, been going on for two days now and I've spendt a lot of cash trying to buy stuff to clear the level without using the frog, but that is not possible. I would definately like a refund of my last purchases.
