I feel cheated

I feel cheated. How can I continuously pay for a product and you’ll deduct my money and not give me the product stating network issue then when my network is restored I lost the product???? Why??? This is not the first not second nor third time it’s happening.

I need to get the product I paid for few minutes ago else I’ll delete the game and give you a one star for this.

Também tive o mesmo problema, paguei promoção da sexta-feira, mas não liberou e agora não consigo nem utilizar mais a loja, mandei e-mail e ainda não tive resposta.

Also in addition to the above comment I would not recommend you spending any money on this game, in which case you would not have this issue in the first place. The offers are not worth paying for, so if you can't play without purchase I'd recommend deleting the game anyway. Feel free to give a one star review when you do.

Also, I would suggest you just describe the issue in a calm and collected way, getting rid of the Karen attitude and the useless threats. You need help with an issue with the game, so the smart thing to do is to describe that issue in the most detailed way possible. Adding useless comments about how you will give them one star will only make you sound annoying, without helping the resolution of your case.
