Country levels

Question

I have completed a hill  in the country levels but for the past 10 days, the icon shows that the game is still calculating my rewards. When I go back to the country levels, I can't see my progress or play any other hill. I have the latest update of the game. What can I do to continue playing the country levels?

I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on Mobile/Tablet.
