Hi Carrie,
Boosters and lives are stored locally on your mobile device - in case of un/re-installing, clearing cache or data overwrite, these items can in worst case get erased. I strongly suggest that you do regular backup of your mobile data. In case something happens you will then be able to restore your game data from the backup. Please also notice that local data cannot be transferred to other mobile devices. In case you switch device then kindly use any boosters or lives before switching to a new device.
For your other question in relation to Candy Crush access to 'Device ID and call information' on Android:
Candy Crush Saga can now determine if you receive a call and will pause the game.
Previously the game would be put in suspend mode which in some cases caused the game to loose the level you were playing.
Please notice that on Android devices running Marshmallow you will be able to control app permissions. Simply go to Settings >> Apps >> Configure apps (cog wheel top right corner of the screen) >> App permissions. From here you'll have an overview and the possibility to limit apps and their interaction with your mobile device.
Kind regards,
- Mark, Team King Care
This is not an acceptable answer. I am sure you can see other tickets recently about the same issue. To say it is an error with my phone is incorrect. Please assist with restoring all my boostera that were lost.Hi Carrie,
