I have emailed King 4 times regarding my gold bars that have disappeared. I had approx. 597 left, most King gave to me due to a tech issue that took King over 8 months to resolve and had spent much $$$ on their boosters and stuff. So these were given to me as a "i am sorry for your frustration". So taking them away I feel is in poor business considering the reason I was given them. Now I am frustrated that after contacting King 4 times in approx 3 weeks, I only get a generic response that someone will get back to me and I still have not heard from anyone. Very disappointing.
