Playing on Chrome. ONLY game that causes this issue. I play CC Soda Saga and CC Jelly Saga without issue. Have to load 4-5 times for it to work, then no damn sound!! Eventually sound comes on. NOT my laptop. NOT Chrome. Will you ever fix this insane issue?

I suggest you first try from another browser - for instance Firefox or Vivaldi
If the problem persists then please check if PPAPI is enabled in Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6213033

Okay, so it appears to be a plug in issue. I still don't understand why one game (I play about 10 regularly) acts up when all other flash games are fine. It works fine on MS Edge, so I'll just use that. Thanks for the work around!!Hi simonizer77!
