I just finished and beat level 1990 with 3 stars and received a two part error code. When I went back into the game it starts me back at level 1990.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
I have tried to solve level 16399 for weeks now. Videos are totally different than the game. How can this level be solved?
Only the first gummy dragon dispenses. Then, no matter how I match, clear the board, use striped or wrapped candies or have up to 14 moves left, NO more dragons dispense. Please help!
