Level 2
I'm noticing a lot of complaints about timed levels from older players and players with disabilities who really struggle with them. And it looks like a lot of complaints from younger able-bodied players also who just don't like them. The responses from Baz James are that the game has always been like this and if you don't like it- stop playing. Is this really the corporate policy- rude customer service representatives and encouraging people to quit playing? Does King ever modify the game in response to customer complaints?
Hi Kate- Thanks for posting on King Care. We highly value the thoughts and opinions of our loyal players, and we do indeed always look for ways to keep our games fun and exciting.
Our latest release of new levels did actually include no timed levels at all :-) We found that the response to this was also mixed.
We hope this helps, please do let us and the community know if there is anything that you need a hand with.
We have a small team of King Care moderators, to monitor and keep the tone of the forum fun and friendly. We also try to jump in when we see that a player needs our help.
Have a sweet weekend!
Thank you for your polite response. I still can't get more than 40,000 on level 1817. I struggled with level 1810, losing 5 to 10 lives a day for over a week before the game mysteriously cascaded down everything lovely and wonderful and I won almost without touching the screen. I'm thinking that won't happen with 1817 because no +5 candies drop down and even staggering the use of the +5 candies that are pre-loaded- I can't get enough time to go above 40,000. I see from other readers that there are several more timed games in this level. I have really enjoyed this game for over 3 years as a great way to wind down in the evening from a stressful job. But this might be it for me. I would pay to skip this level.Hi Kate- Thanks for posting on King Care.
