Try using the Troubleshooter app from Microsoft: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/run-the-troubleshooter-for-windows-apps (Please note that you will need to be logged in with your Microsoft ID before you can use the tool)
If the app still glitches then try re-installing it.
Please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook first - this way you'll make sure that all your game progress, highscores and gold bars are stored online.

Didn't work. This trouble shooter is way too general to fix a specific problem. I am still not getting any mail messages in Candy Crush in the windows 10 app.Hi LLB!
