How doe a person complete their profile so I can send them lives

Unfortunately King are still running the player profile as a test and so those players who don't get the player card won't have the option to complete their profile for you to see, it will have to be done by King. I have two games, one with the player profile card and one without it, so I know there is this difference. What your friends can do is request a life form you, then their request will still show up in your envelope the same way it always has, so do check the envelope regularly.

Go to 'settings' then 'Features' and enable Milestone badge, location, last time on which may sort this out.
