When i start Candy crush the envelope is in the top right hand corner, if i click it i have lives sent from friends. After using my 5 lives the envelope is no longer displayed so i cannot use the lives sent to me.
Hey SuzanneC,On mobile these lives get saved in temporary files, but on PC these lives are valid only for as long as the Facebook session lasts. This means that refreshing the page will make your lives disappear.

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
