Candy crush and soda crush crashing

I tried all the suggestions to fix the problem goings so far as to delete and reinstall the apps, unfortunately, I am still having the same problem. My iPad is up to date, I have more storage than I've ever had. This problem started about a month ago and has become very random in when it happens. Sometimes I am able to play a level multiple times until I pass it and others I can't get past the home screen. Help!!!!
