Please try these steps -- replay an old level -- win or lose does not matter -- go back to the game map screen -- open the Events tab and you should find all the features that are available for you right now.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
