I have played Level 2108 multiple times and have used the lucky booster (check mark), but it only gives me the 1 at the start and then never see another! What's up?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
