Did you receive any reply from them to your email? As soon as you sent the complaint, you should have received an automatic reply. Please keep that and do not delete it.
One of the agents will be contacting you within next 2 or 3 days. Make sure you keep an eye on your email and reply back to them about your missing gold bars.
