Please help

I've updated, logged out and logged in and the app is still not working right. I play on a couple android devices. On one, app crashes and lose everything. On another, nothing. No ads, extra moves, ect. Several times I've lost all my boosters I've built up. So frustrating 😫

Having same problem I have up loaded it again it lets me start the game then says we are experiencing a problem try in a a few moment we are working hard to fix it . It has been 3 weeks now. 😫

Try completely deleting everything. Keep the game in only one device.
