I have a windows Lumia 640. I've got windows 10 on it. I have all 3 candy crush games downloaded, candy crush saga, jelly and soda. I keep losing lives as well. I have followed all the steps in the email that was sent back, I have re installed on my phone and then reinstalled to my memory card twice and I don't know what else to do?

I've seen threads where certain mobile devices are no longer compatible with the game: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-is-ipad-2-not-supported-anymore-for-candy-crush-crash

If the problem persists then you might have to do a factory reset of your mobile device. Don't forget to do a backup of all your content as a factory reset will wipe all data on your device.
Once your mobile device has been reset I suggest you only install the games first. After checking everything is OK you can the proceed to install the remaining apps.

I have tried doing the factory reset as well and my phone is not listed on that list I don't know what else to do. The games have updated since then as well and it still not working.Hi Jennifer!
