Please restore my levels to new iPad, I have lost everything.

Level 1

I went to sync progress to new iPad and I logged in to my King account and it didn't move over my progress then when I went back to my old iPad it reset back to 1.  I was on level 251.  Please see if you can see my progress under my login shoeskat@comcast.net.  The login worked on my Candy Crush Soda but lost everything on the original Candy Crush.

    Thank you so much for helping me! I am logged in on my iPad with my shoeskat@comcast.net email and no messages are showing. I have the same email for saving games on my soda version, would that mess it up?

    If you are playing your games through Facebook then they are still there.  Just log back into Facebook and they should be there.  If you are playing through King's website then someone from King will have to check into this further.
