I have tried ALL the suggestions here. I have a kindle fire HD that is approx 5 years old. All my other games work EXCEPT Candy Crush. It is so slow to respond, it could take an hour to use up 30 moves. I have cleared the cache and date and cookies. It can't be my kindle as all the other apps work. If I delete and reinstall I will start at level 1???? Seems like this is an issue with ALOT of people. What's the fix. Used to be my favorite game. Will be hesitant to use any other King games if they stop working. Can you please advise?
This issue seems to have a affected a lot of people with older devices, it happened several weeks back after a game update. It seems whatever was in the update was too much for some of these devices to run properly. If you've already done all that then I don't think there's much else you can do apart from wait for the next (hopefully less demanding) update which they have said there working on.
Yes, thanks for trying, but I just deleted the app....not worth the frustration.
