So no restore of missing boosters?

This is the last time I am asking anything on this board. At the high level I am playing, my kindle account has lost all boosters multiple times. I have not updated or changed anything. I am getting a strange error message saying my app store is missing ( it's not) is the only different thing happening on my kindle account. My android tablet and laptop are fine. I play more on my kindle and need the boosters there. To send me a link to a thread saying too bad you lost boosters is not a correct way to handle this. I need to know if this is just a kindle issue

I can confirm this this is not just related to Kindle devices. There is no issue, this is only in relation to the way that boosters are stored in the games. They are stored locally, meaning the data is included in the game app. Unfortunately this means that the boosters can disappear via updates, games crashing or restarts.

You say updates, games crashing or restarts......yet none of these things happened unless you mean by restart.....closing the game and then reopening....if that is what you mean by restart. So there is no restoring of lost boosters, nothing to replace the time I spent earning those boosters, just a kindly regards? I would think this is a HUGE ISSUE that needs fixed or have some type of replacement to offer. I lost hundreds of boosters. And kind regards is what you get in return when you help someone. I don't feel helped, just screwed
