Boyfriend is gettin my progress on his phone

My boyfriend has stopped playing Candy crush because he is gets my levels come up on his phone, rather than his. I oncelogged in, and turns out to be the worst decision. I have logged out on his phone, but it still gets my levels. He has not got a Facebook account, and I have tried his email address, but nothing is working. Please help!!

Hi Ysic2- Thanks for posting on King Care. Do you know if your boyfriend had a Kingdom account so that his levels were saved?

Please could you try these steps?

-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache

-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)

This should then disconnect the game from your account, please then try to log into his Kingdom account and his levels should be there.

Let me know how you get on and if you still need a hand :-)

Hello. A new account has been set up for him. He has responded below. Please help with getting back his normal account. Thank you!

I've deleted and reinstalled candy crush. Set up account with email srussell2801@yahoo.com.

I reckon it was about 525. If they are feeling generous I had about 25 colour bombs, 35 jelly fish, 7 of those tick things, 10 stripies.

Hi! Please follow these steps to disconnect and remove your account, please then ask your boyfriend to create a Kingdom account. Once he has done this let me know and I will send you a private message to get his account back on track! :-) Thanks
