Candy Crush won't load in Facebook Game room But 5 other games by the same maker will

I just started to use Face Book Game room. When it loads Candy Crush I get a dark blue screen and the links for the forum and others . I get the link for my info in the top right but nothing else. The rest off the page is dark blue. I have 6 other games by King and they all work fine, Candy Crush soda and jelly and pear work along with all 3 bubble witch sagas are fine. Don't understand why.

If I go to my Facebook page I saved a link in my Favorites and I can get to and play there. But if I use Facebook Game room I have the trouble. I did everything in the reply and the trouble shooting says all is good except for java and I shouldn't need that to get to and play King games. It maybe because I use the edge browser but if it is so may other people use it, it would be worthwhile to fix the problem.Hi Larry- Thanks for posting on King Care. Yesterday it started to work but now I seem to be missing a friend and that friend is my wife.
