I´m on level 500 something and am logged in with my king-account, but I can´t sync it with my Facebook-account. It always puts me back to level 1. I would be very grateful if anyone here could help me. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
