Login facebook, all data reset

I changed my smartphone last week, and after changed my phone, i found the problem that candycrush data is not transfered to my new smartphone. So I tried to login facebook at start page. But when i login facebook in my used phone, all data disappeared.. My level was about 2306 and My ticket id which you gave me is 4695586. Can you restore my ago data in new phone?? IĀ
