When I connected to Facebook with Candy Crush it started me back at level 1 and lost all my progress

Had been playing Candy Crush for a while and was at level 3 or 4 hundred. I just made a Facebook account and when the went to my Candy Crush app it said Connect to Facebook, when I did that it started me back at level one and lost all my progress. I tried to re log in and it says no account found with my email. I got the app from the Apple Store and do not remember even using an email. Please help me get my progress back. Very frustrated.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list

Hi. I play since 7o'clock in the morning but my Evolution in Prize Party it's not updatet. I am on the first place since yesterday but even thought I colect orange candies my number it's the same.
