I hit clock 4 times in level 2381 and cherry still not come down... All the striped sweets not come down from where must come down all the time. Does anyone can tell me magic words how to ask cherry come down??? please

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
