Sometimes when I purchase extra moves, I am charged but do not receive them. The gold bars arrive, but I do not get the 5 extra moves. I have been reimbursed after contacting King, but it is still happening. The gold bars then just disappear.
It is very frustrating

Have you got back in touch with them again to let them know that? If you're already in direct contact with them you should continue to do so.
