unlink King account from Facebook

Hi, I have a FB account and a King.com account. My husband doesn't use FB and only has King account, which he logs into using only his e-mail address. ..but somehow our accounts are linked! I just started playing BW3 and logged via Facebook but it started the game at his current progress level. This is also happening on Candy Crush. How do I unlink his King account from my Facebook / King account?

Sorry. This did not work.When I go onto my PC and login at King.com with each of e-mail addresses, it has my name and icon in both. When I change one, the other is already changed when I logout and log back in. This tells me that the two King.com accounts are linked. and both are linked to my Facebook.!

Hey Michelle, as far as I know you can´t undo the synchronization of a Kingdom and a Facebook account.

As JillyJill mentions, please check your King Care inbox (top right on a computer or if you are using a mobile device, tap the the lines in the top right corner to access the menu) as I have sent you a message about this.

Yes, it certainly sounds like they're definitely linked. You did clear cache,browser history, in Safari right?

I will get a King moderator to help you once they come in. Because if it's still linked after following those steps, then I don't know what else to do. But I have confidence that our King Care team will get you back on track. It will not be until 1-2am eastern time. But you should have a message in the morning.

I lost win streak because add stuck.Can you help me to recover that?I had 3000+ win streak.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
