Lost all my progress

I lost my iPhone and lost all my progress. I was on level 303 and now it's all gone. Can I restore that somehow?

Thanks Tony Mc for the assistance I didn't even think of that about the email addresses, it won't happen again, I'll just give them the link to the King site where to check email. I wish us super users had that magic wand you guys have to restore progress haha! Thanks!
