I don't play the games through Facebook, just the downloaded (from the windows store) apps. All three of the games (Candy Crush, Soda and Jelly) will load and play just fine on my Windows tablet and laptop. All of my devices are running Windows 10, version 1703. I've uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled and still get nothing but a black box on my desktop screen.

I'm not trying to play the game in a browser. I downloaded the game from the Windows Store and am trying to play it on my Windows 10 desktop computer as a stand-alone game. The trouble-shooting steps about playing in a browser or in Facebook don't help me at all. Thanks for trying.Hi Lizzie- Thanks for posting on King Care. The downloaded game isn't supposed to require a browser to work, and it works just fine on my laptop and tablet. For some reason, it won't load properly on the desktop computer.
