Messages won't open on CCS Facebook

Question

I can access CCS on my Facebook page on the computer, but the messages won't open.  Why not?

Yeah, I've tried all that, cleared everything, checked all my settings.  Now, the game itself doesn't load or takes forever.  It seems to work just fine on my phone, but on the pc, it's impossible.

Hey takncarabizniz,

Clear cache on your PC and do a restart.

Use another browser and see if it works better. Try with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, for example.

Also, double check your Facebook settings;

go to the little black arrow top right on your homepage. Choose 'settings' and select 'Apps' on the left hand side of your screen. Select Candy Crush Saga and review the answers of all the questions on your screen regarding privacy and notifications.

Also, be aware that refreshing your page will make you lose any received messages.
