Bug on Level 2262, can't be completed

Level 2262 on Android mobile has a critical bug that prevents it from being completed. The magic mixers don't produce enough orders to satisfy the candy order requirements. The level is therefore impossible. Is this a known bug that will be fixed?

OK I figured it out but a lot of the videos are very misleading as it shows many blocks and that does not happen

Yes, there is a bug. Icing doesn't propagate as shown in videos. However, it CAN be solved, even with the bug. The key is "open" all spinners within the first move or two. Do this by starting with a color bomb and either a striped or wrapped candy. If you can't swipe that combo on the first move, quit the game and start again until you can. Once the timers are cleared, they will EACH generate two icings every time they fire off. Hit the icings as soon as you can so they will re-generate when the timers fire off again. It's possible, I did it.

That video is from the web version, but as you can see from my original post, I'm using Android. I checked today and the bug is still in place. Please fix it as it's preventing me (and all other Android players) from progressing in the game.
