I can play CC on my iPad but game is not loading on iPhone. When I press CC it starts to load then goes back as icon. I have tried to turn phone off and restarted but same thing. I have tons of booster I do not wat to loose .

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
