NOT receiving treasure chest prizes!
This is the 4th cycle of Candy Crush putting these treasure chest prizes out to collect and they keep disappearing when I get to them. This is really frustrating!! I need to get my prizes or I'm not playing this anymore. Fix this glitch and give us our rewards. We are using up our supplies to get nothing in return, and I say we because it's all over the message boards.

This issue has not been resolved and I have missed out on 3 sets of chests just disappearing - very annoyingHi Becky,
