Level 2179 isn't loading as it should

After breaking both cake bombs the licorice does not Refill after the first break, only after the second break plus two moves. There aren't anywhere near enough moves remaining to clear 16 more licorice. I watched several videos and the all show the licorice refilling after the first break, which isn't happening as I play. This needs to be fixed.

No it did not solve the problem. My version doesn't work like yours...when the hammer breaks the first bomb the licorice doesn't fill. After the second bomb is broken plus two more moves the licorice fills.

Your answer isn't an answer it's a question and my response was No. yet you never responded further or answered my direct email. I ended up deleting and reinstalling. I lost all my gifted lives and accumulated boosters. I emailed asking to have them restored...no response received.Is this the version of the level that you are playing:
