Installed Candy Crush Saga app. on Windows 10 and played on it without any issues for a few months now. Lately these few weeks, the app. responds slower than usual upon mouse clicks. The screen will freeze for a few seconds waiting for something before moving on. Sometimes, it takes several mouse clicks to the same button before the app. gets it and get moving. Then the app. exits abruptly without any error messages. Loading up the app. and same situation will happen again after about 5 minutes later. Every time, the app. exits from a different point of the app. Have uninstalled the app. Download the app. again from Microsoft App. Store but the same situation still happens.
Rivermoon I don't know the answer but have the same question for KING. I have played on this app for years with relatively few issues but the last few days the game crashes with no warning and the music plays even though I have both of them muted. I installed my Adobe Flash Player again even though I had the correct version already on my computer. Storage is not an issue and uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the issue. KING can we please get an answer on this issue or an update that you are aware of this issue and trying to problem solve and fix?
My updates are set to automatic. However, I still checked for updates as you suggested and no available updates were found for any of my apps on my computer. Candy Crush was last updated on June 26, 2017. This issue started at least two days ago - several days after the last update. I have done the uninstall/re-install to no avail. I have also performed a hard shut down and reboot. Nothing helps and did not resolve my issue. Do you put trouble tickets in to your IT department for such issues?Hello both,

The above reply from the King Care Team unfortunately doesn't work. I have always been staying on top of my system that (1) all my Windows 10 is the latest without any updates to apply, (2) have done the uninstall & re-install steps, and (3) have clicked on the Updates on Windows Store but no updates is available for Candy Crush Saga. To conclude, my Candy Crush Saga still crushes intermittently and the issue is not resolved yet.Hello both,
