I was set back to level 1. How can I recover my game progress?

I was on level 751 of Candy Crush when I changed my facebook profile. The next time my app logged into facebook on my phone it set me back to level 1. I have logged back into my old facebook account and logged in through the app again, but I'm still at level 1. How can I recover my game progress?

Hi Michael! All your levels are available on your old Facebook account. You can't transfer your progress from one Facebook profile to another. Just make sure your mobile device connects to your old Facebook profile and you can continue from level 751. Cheers :-)

I have done what I believe you have stated and it did not work. I logged into my old facebook account through the app and I was still at level 1. Sorry if I did not make that clear. i olso this problem becauze i have 2 facebook.in mine face i am in the level 2600 i think but i can not retourne to him.what can i doHi Michael!
