I seem to be frozen at level 1190. I have passed it many times, but am unable to open level 1191. Help please.
Okay Angela, since your app is up to date, I'm going to ask you to follow these steps in the following threads:

Don't forget to restart your device after all is done. If these don't work, I'm going to have to try and reach a King Care moderator to look into your account and possibly help you.

Followed all your suggestions but nothing applies or worked. Stuck at level 1190.
Hi! I checked but there are no updates to be had. The level doesn't ask for anything, that's the problem. No tickets, nothing. Very sad. I like this game, but can't continue playing the same old levels.

Thank you for contacting King Care! Have you checked your iTunes store for an update? The app may need to be updated for you to move forward, this is all I can think of that would be stopping you from moving forward. Is it asking for tickets to move to the next round?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
