From 2735 to 2736 candy crush doesn't go ahead

Thank you for contacting King Care! Currently there is an issue with moving on at roadblocks. King is aware of this issue and are working on a fix. It's second time I contact you, but maybe I wasn't clear. The game has problem, after solved 2735 level, game remains on 2735 and doesn't go ahead to 2736. I SOLVED 2735 at least 6/7 times, why I can't have access to 2736. Game doesn't load or open level 2736!!!!!!Please solve and reply.

Had the same issue. Completed 2736 on my desktop and that cleared the roadblock on my ipad and iphone.

From 2735 to 2736 candy crush doesn't go ahead
