Profile picture's frame not getting change.

I have got 28 rank. But after ranking up i am not getting change the profile frame.

Please if there is any problem, please fix it soon as possible.

I haven’t been getting my new frames either. I’m just a level 6 but it says i’ve gotten new frames and I want them haha
