not enough moves for level 2828.. It can not be completed in only 32 moves..

Hi on level 2828 you only give us 32 moves, this level can not be completed on only that many moves.. Since the videos  has 40 moves to complete it in.. Time to take a look at this level and fix it..  Fix it now..

    In addition to having only 32 moves, no matter what I hit the cream with, it immediately turns into popcorn which blocks the column.

    I asked this question almost a day ago, about the popcorn blocking the tube, I thought it was the candies turning into popcorn, do you think the icing is turning into popcorn when you hit them? that seems to make sense
