2167 won't stop cascading

you say you've solved the problem but it's been cascading for over an hour and I will now have to turn it off, people say do it on a computer but what if I don't have access to one, am I never going to pass this level as a paying customer it's pretty diabolical!

Hi Gemma- Thanks for your patience while we investigated this issue.
I'm delighted to let you know that the Studio has found a solution which will be implemented in the game in the very near future.
At the end of the game in the final Sugar Crush cascade, after 3 seconds a "Tap to Skip" button will appear at the bottom of the screen. Simply tap the button to end the cascade and move onto the next level.
I hope that helps and if you have any more questions in the future just let us know, we're always here to help.

Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Musical season
Hello, I played so hard and purchased lot of coins to get 300 coins in musical season task, I finished 8 and still have the 9 one and I can't see it, yesterday I checked I see that I have 36 hours to be done. What can I do now it is not fair at all
Where did my gold bars go?
I completed 2 sets of levels, gold chocolate box, and finished all of my tapes earning over 100 gold bars. When I opened my game this morning, they were ALL GONE. I now have ZERO!!! I spend a lot of time earning those and would really appreciate if they were added back to my account. So upsetting!
