Lost progress

I have been playing CCS since it was started. Today I logged in using my facebook account and as soon as I did that, I was back at level one. As soon as I logged, it displayed a message saying my account is being synchronised and I was amazed to find myself at level one.

I had just cleared the last possible level this morning itself.

Can someone please help? I really loved playing this game. If my progress for the last 6 years is lost then I will delete the app itself as it won't be of any use to me.

I have accidentally deleted my whole progress (been playing daily for more than year)... But it seems I neither registered with any email address (at least none of my addresses get recognised) nor with facebook.

I only know my username and profile pic... Is there a way to get my progress back??

Hi BB8, a lot of the staff was off last week. I just posted to a King Admin to check out your message. When she responds you will have to go to your envelope which shows on the top right (next to your profile picture). You should see a #1 and that means that she wrote you.

Have you heard from a King Admin yet? I elevated it and I'll try again.

It has been three days since I posted this problem. I have also contacted Kings Technical team directly through the contact us link below however it seems that no body cares. Wonder why do you have a contact us feature if you don't even acknowledge let alone reply.

King Admin,

Can you please look into the issue? I have cleared all the released level so far and now I am back to level one.

I am going to elevate this to the King Super Users and King Admin. Hopefully they can offer you more help.

If you have been playing through Facebook your levels are saved! Clear out your history and then log out of Facebook and log back in. You should then be back to your current level. Facebook saves all your levels so they are there!

ADs not loading
I recently downloaded my Candy crush Saga after about 5months and I am seriously dissatisfied with the ads. They don't work anymore for freebies and it's just taking my time and data. Please help

FYI the way level 9292 is currently set up, it is impossible to win without paying for gold bars or having some in reserve.
