Level 2967 couldn't go on because the link to add more lives wouldn't light up so it pushed me out.

Playing level 2967, 6:38PM CST 12/15/17, my score was 321,580, and I needed to get to 350,000 in order to pass level --- the place to click on to add more lives wasn't lit up so I couldn't click on it to buy more lives.  I just sat there and couldn't figure out how to go on -- there was no way to go on at all!!!  It pushed me out of the game and now I've lost all my extra bonuses from the "helmet" and have to start all over again on that level, plus I lost my option to finish using only one life.  Can this be fixed so I can restart where I left off so I can finish this level.  I'm so mad.
