Dear Elsa, same Candy Crush loading problem for all 4 browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge. And I just tried a few other Facebook ids and all have the same problem. So it seems to have nothing to do with account or game progress.
I played Candy Crush Jelly and I found no problem. Logon just now and everything is fine.

Cezdiamond said there might be a problem with HK. I am located in HK, so I tried to play it using the standard VPN in Opera. It worked!! Loading is very slow, including the levels, but the play itself is OK. Try it guys...
same here..problem existed in more than a week alreadyHi Henry, can you possibly upload a print screen so that we can see what's going on? If you cleared the history, try logging out of Facebook and logging back in to see if this helps. It has nothing to do with your gold bars or any purchases. Sometimes you might get an error message if the team is working on the game but it shouldn't last as long as you are mentioning.

I can play with window 7 with Chrome, but not with Mac with Chrome
Yay! Thanks for posting Henry to let me know that you have it working on Opera. Always keep in mind that there is more than just Chrome out there. I have 4 browsers on my desktop - Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Edge.
